Privacy
This covers undeniedstudio.com: what it collects, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you request a teardown: your name, email address, store URL, the platform you're on, and anything you write in the message box. We also note which page you sent it from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by, so we know which of our channels work.
When you browse: Google Analytics records the pages you view and how you move through the site, along with general details such as your device type, browser and approximate location (city or region, not your address). It uses cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one.
Ad measurement: the Meta pixel records page views and whether you sent a teardown request, so we can tell which ads bring real enquiries. When you send one, we also pass Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address and first name, which it uses to match the request to an ad you saw. It doesn't receive your message or store URL.
How we use it
To record and send the teardown you asked for, reply to you, and follow up about a project if you want one. Analytics data tells us which pages are useful and where visitors come from. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below that run the site for us.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores teardown requests in our database.
- Google Workspace sends and receives our email.
- Calendly handles call bookings, and receives the details you enter when you book.
- Google Analytics measures site traffic.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures which of our ads lead to enquiries.
- Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
Your choices
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, manage ad measurement in your Meta ad preferences, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. To see, correct or delete what you sent us through the form, email hello@undeniedstudio.com and we'll take care of it.
How long we keep it
Teardown requests stay in our records while we might still be talking about a project, and we delete them when you ask. Google Analytics and Meta keep their measurement data for the retention periods they set, then delete it.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
