The brief
A wholesale brand that sells only to licensed clinics needs to know who's buying before it shows a single price.
So the site had to verify providers, give approved practices a private place to order at account pricing, and invoice on terms instead of taking cards.
What we built
The parts that matter.

Provider applications
Practices apply with their NPI, tax ID and license documents. Files go to private storage and the owner gets an alert for every new application.
- 02
Approval and account terms
The owner reviews documents through expiring links, approves or declines, and sets payment terms per account.
- 03
A private ordering portal
Approved clinics sign in with an emailed code (no passwords) and order at volume pricing that's always recalculated on the server.
- 04
Invoicing instead of cards
Orders move from submitted to invoiced, paid and shipped, payable by ACH or wire, with receipts and alerts emailed at each step.

Per-lot certificate pages
Each lot has its own public page with its purity result and the full certificate to download.
