The brief

In research compounds, buyers punish missing or fake certificates, and mainstream payment processors turn the category away.

Our own store had to prove purity batch by batch, give customers reasons to come back, and keep taking orders when a processor changes its mind.

What we built

The parts that matter.

A certificate for the exact vial
Every production run is tested and its certificate published. Customers search the lot number on their vial, and product pages show the certificate for the lot being sold.

Curated stacks
Sets built from what customers actually order together. The shopper gets the stack price or a promo code, whichever saves more, and stacks hide themselves when a part runs out.

Loyalty points at checkout
Points earned on every order and spent at checkout, reserved at the database so they can't be spent twice.

Checkout that survived a processor pause
When card processing was paused this September, a Zelle and Cash App checkout took over, and orders kept coming until cards were back.

Email that does the follow-up
Branded order emails, a welcome series for new customers and abandoned-cart reminders, all sent automatically.

Stock and order operations
Stock drops the moment an order is paid, and in-person and wholesale orders are entered from the same admin.
