The brief
An established research-compound store on Shopify wanted off Shopify and its paid apps, with card payments on its own checkout.
The catch: every customer, loyalty balance and discount code had to come across intact, and the owner wanted to run prices, stock and certificates day to day without a developer.
What we built
The parts that matter.

Card checkout on the page, plus Apple Pay
Cards are charged on the store's own checkout through a processor that accepts the category, and the admin can send a customer a payment link for any order.

A migration nobody noticed
More than 2,600 customers moved across with their loyalty points, store credit and promo codes. Returning customers claim their account with an emailed code.
- 03
Loyalty and a real discount engine
Points earned on every dollar and spent at checkout, codes that stack in order or stand alone, codes limited to certain products, and bundle pricing.

A certificate for every batch
A searchable certificate library, and each product size links straight to the analysis for its batch.

An admin that edits paid orders
Add or remove items after payment and the balance or refund is recorded, with partial refunds, bulk shipping labels and tracking emails.

Stock that knows what it's made of
Kits and nasal sprays draw down the stock of the vials they're made from, so nothing sells that can't be shipped.
