Vitascend

A telehealth brand drawn as a mountain ascent: products climbing to the summit, contour-map paper, and every price shown in full before a visit starts.

The brief

A new telehealth brand offering weight loss, prescription peptides and sexual health care needed a site that stood apart from the look-alike clinics in its category.

Everything had to be written for medical review from day one: no promised prescriptions or results, compounded medications named as not FDA-approved, and every price shown in full. The site also had to build a waitlist while the clinical platform was being set up.

What we built

The parts that matter.

  1. 01

A climb, not a hero banner

Three stone steps rise, a product settles onto each, and the summit counter ticks up to 2,400 m. The steps are drawn in code in the page's own paper and ink, so the scene sits on the site instead of in a photo. It plays once and never holds up the scroll.

  2. 02

    Contour-map paper

Topographic lines run behind the pages, generated when the site is built and served as small static files, so the home page stays light.

  3. 03

    24 treatment pages

Each treatment has its own page: the form and strength, what people come to it for, and a choice between a 3-month plan and monthly, with the full price and what's included.

  4. 04

    Prices in full, up front

A pricing page lists every treatment in one place. Medication, shipping and clinician reviews are included, and the only other cost is a visit fee, charged only if a clinician approves.

  5. 05

    A waitlist on every page

Until online visits open, every call to action collects an email, tagged with the page it came from, and sends a branded confirmation from the brand's own mailbox. One switch turns them all back into visit buttons.

  6. 06

    Photography with real labels

A studio product shot for every treatment, all held to one reference, with each label's text spelled out and checked.

In motion

Screenshots don't do it justice.

Recorded on the live site, nothing staged. It plays as it comes into view.

Product photography

One shelf, one light.

One studio look for the whole catalog: warm stone, soft window light, and a forest-green label carrying the brand's summit mark. Rendered for the brand and held to one reference, so every treatment sits on the same shelf.

In the client's words

Working with Alex was a great experience. He really took the time to understand what we wanted Vitascend to represent and brought it to life in a way that felt modern, professional, and true to us. He was easy to work with, responsive throughout the process, and we’re extremely happy with how everything came together.
